Welcome, I’m Walker -psychotherapist, licensed MFT, and provider of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) based in San Anselmo, CA.
Over the years I’ve helped scores of people find relief, real change, and greater fulfillment in their lives. I offer regular sessions in-person and online as a focused means toward healing and growth. I believe the process of therapy is not only an effective way to heal, it allows us to use our struggles to refine who we are, to become freer and more whole.
While I have years of experience helping people heal from general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, I find that most often these are in some way connected back to matters of relationship, intimacy, purpose, or existential and spiritual issues. Couples Therapy
In couples therapy we will work to address the underlying emotions and interpersonal patterns that lead to the specific relationship concerns.
We will explore, identify, and soften the unconscious gestures of self-protection that end up triggering each other's defenses and inhibit emotional intimacy.
